Secure
approval for your project:
1.
Submit your Project #1 -Proposal
to your
agency supervisor/project
sponsor
for approval and
signature.
2. Then
submit your proposal by
email to
your OCPM site manager
for
approval within 30 days after
the
Quality Management course
3. Your
site manager will review
your
proposal and assign an
advisor.
Your
advisor will approve
your
project topic or make
suggestions
for
improvement.
Participants
must have written
approval
for their project proposal
before
attending the Project
Management
class.

Review the project
proposal.
2.
Discuss the proposal
with the
site manager
as
necessary.
