a briefing meeting with the project customers, sponsors, or
agency

Identify
a transitional opportunity such as moving from planning to
implementation
or from development to production.
Conduct
a project review to determine what went well and what could
have
been done better.

Appendix.
Let each individual know how well they performed and how
the team
performed relative to their assigned tasks. Seek their evaluation
of your

Why
Measure
Success?
It is
imperative for government managers to be able to answer the
question,
“Is what you are doing worth the investment?” This is
exponentially
true for OCPM projects. Projects should not only create
measurable
value to the sponsoring organization but also demonstrate the
value of
participation in OCPM. OCPM is a major investment both by
participants
and their organizations. Projects are one way to show a
return
on the investment.
