Written
Project
Reports
Prepare
a written project report describing the organizational results from
your
project and articulating your learning. All OCPM Program project
reports
must include an executive summary suitable for distribution at project
presentations.
In addition, reports must include sections addressing the
following
nine content areas in this order:
1.
Project Description: An explanation of the situation, problem, concern
or
opportunity being addressed in the project. Why it is important to you
and how
it is linked to the missions of the work unit and the agency.
2.
Expected Purpose & Goal: A description of the expected purpose, goal,
outcomes,
i.e., what did you intend to accomplish by addressing the
situation,
problem, concern, or opportunity?
