negotiated
by the OCPM participant and his/her supervisor. For example, if
conducting
a survey is needed to complete a project, the OCPM Program
participant
is responsible for obtaining approval from the appropriate department
official(s)
for the necessary time prior to conducting the survey.
Confidentiality
All
project reports are public record and will be stored by the Department of
Administrative
Services (DAS) in a “projects library.”
No
individuals should be identified in reports in ways that would cause
embarrassment
or harm. To insure anonymity for others, do not identify
individuals
in the work environment by name. Personnel problems should be
discussed
in aggregate terms.
