PROJECT #2 DESCRIPTION
Project #2
The
second project is designed to be a stretch outside of the normal
managerial
world. It should be more complex and challenging than
Project
#1. Project #2 requires participants to collaborate with other cohort
members
on a team of 3-5 people. Project ideas may come from team
member
agencies or from ideas submitted to the OCPM by other public
organizations.
Project #2 must be completed by the end of the third quarter
of the
second year of the OCPM Program.

# 2 Selection
Criteria:
1. Involves 3-5 multi-agency or multi-sector
team members
2. Sponsored by a single agency or collaborating
agencies
3. Directly relates to a public organization(s)
mission
4. Has high organizational impact or priority
5. Has definable results for the organization(s)
6. Must be a new project
rather than an on-going one
7. Must be completed within the time frame
8. Has support of supervisor(s)/agency
director(s)
